Music

Music is what turns an empty lot or open street into a place people actually want to be. A set draws people in off the sidewalk and gives them a reason to linger — to stop, talk, and look at what’s around them instead of walking past it. That’s the same spirit behind the Painted Porch itself: open to the street, not tucked away behind an invitation.

This page credits the musicians who play at Painted Porch events, starting with the first.
